Pricing

Every plan is the whole platform. You choose the size.

Every product you sell, every market you sell into, the research on every prospect, the contact data and the sending infrastructure. All of it, from the smallest plan up. What changes is how many of you are running it, how many people you want reached, and how often you want us in the room.

On every plan

All of it, from the smallest plan up.

The platform on Starter is the platform on Enterprise. Every one of these is running from your first campaign.

Every product you sell

As many propositions and markets as you like, each with its own targeting, research angle and voice. Not one model for the account, one for every way you sell.

Research on every prospect

Sourced, dated findings per person, scored for how relevant each one is to what you sell.

Written in your voice

Tone and signature per sender. No templates, no merge fields, no spintax.

Domains and mailboxes

Bought, set up, warmed before they send anything, and watched for deliverability. No domain shopping and no DNS to configure.

Contact data

Company and contact discovery is part of the platform, and work email addresses are found when a campaign launches. No separate subscription.

Full funnel reporting

From what went out through to meetings booked, with mailbox health beside it.

Roles and teams

Owners, team leaders and sales people, with products and campaigns scoped to whoever should see them.

Approval where it matters

You edit and approve the targeting profile and the contact list. Every email it writes is there to read, before and after it goes.

Guided onboarding

Your targeting profile built with you, and your sending infrastructure provisioned while you do it.

What actually changes

Three things, and that is the whole decision.

How many people are running outbound, how many you want them reaching, and how often you want us in the room. Move the first two and the ladder below shows you where you land.

We set the real number with you at onboarding, against the size of your market.

Across the team, each week

1,000

people reached, each one researched on their own and written to individually.

That lands in

A small team where more than one person prospects, often into different segments.

More reach

Extra allocation into the shared pool, for a push into a new market or a season that needs more than usual. Anyone on the account can draw on it.

Extra seats

For people who need to see the work without needing their own allocation: managers, marketing, anyone reviewing before it goes out.

What it costs

It makes the team you already have more effective.

Researching a single prospect properly, reading the company, finding what changed, checking what the person themselves has actually said, takes about an hour. That is why almost nobody does it. Paraden does that hour of work in front of every prospect on the list, and your team walks into every conversation already knowing something true about the person on the other end.

Priced per seat, annually. The research, the contact data and the sending infrastructure are all inside that. There is no charge per email and no data subscription on top.

Before you enquire

Who this is not for.

Three cases where we will tell you so rather than sell you a plan.

A market of a few dozen

If there are thirty organisations you could ever sell to, you do not need a system for reaching them. You need a list and a phone.

Guaranteed replies

Paraden opens doors. It researches, writes and sends, and what comes back lands in your inbox. Nobody can promise you how a market will answer, and your team still runs every conversation from there.

More emails, faster

Every email is written from scratch for one person, after the research on them is done. There is no way to make this send more by saying less. If raw volume is the goal, it is the wrong tool.

Questions

What sales leaders ask about pricing.

Straight answers, no theatre. Anything we have missed, ask us at [email protected]. For how the work itself is done, read our guide on writing pain points.

Why are the prices not on this page?

Because the honest answer depends on two things we cannot guess: how many people are running it, and how many you want each of them reaching. Tell us both and we come back with a firm number, usually the same day. Not a range, and not a call first.

Is 200 a week a limit?

No. It is where the number usually starts rather than a ceiling. Some markets are small enough that fifty a week covers them properly, and others need four hundred. We set it with you at onboarding against the size of your actual market, and it moves when you need it to.

What if our market only has a few hundred organisations?

Then you want fewer seats and a lower weekly number, and you reach several people inside each organisation across the year rather than burning through the list in a month. Tell us how big your market is and we will say plainly whether this fits.

Is there a limit on products or markets?

No. Set up as many as you sell, on any plan, each with its own targeting, research angle and voice. Selling one thing into UK manufacturing and the same thing into Germany is two configurations, and both are included.

Does the allocation have to be split evenly?

No. It pools across the whole account. One person can use most of it one month and none the next. You decide, and you can change it whenever you like.

Can we add people part way through the year?

Yes. You pay the difference for the remainder of the term, plus setup for the extra sending infrastructure the new seats need. You do not start a new contract.

Is there a contract, and how long?

Annual, paid in advance, with a one-off setup sized to the plan. If a shorter first term is what stands between you and starting, say so when you get in touch. The terms you would be signing, the sub-processors involved and how we handle data are all published in our trust and legal centre.

Get your number

Two answers and we can price it.

How many people would be running outbound, and how many you want each of them reaching a week. That is the whole calculation.

  • A firm price, not a range
  • A walkthrough of the whole job, not a slide deck
  • An honest answer if your market is too small for this
  • A direct line to the people building it
